Short answer: open the 1987 Rumpelstiltskin studio, upload one clear photo, and press Generate. The AI puts you in the velvet tailcoat and curled pointed shoes of the mysterious imp, shushing the camera and tiptoeing across the barn hay. You get a 12-second widescreen 16:9 MP4 with the tiptoe beat in sync. No prompt writing, no video editing.
What you upload and what you get
| You provide | You receive |
|---|---|
| 1 clear, front-facing photo of one person | A 12-second MP4, 16:9 landscape |
| Your choice of resolution: 480p, 720p or 1080p | You play Rumpelstiltskin: shush the camera, flash a sly grin and bouncy-tiptoe across the straw-filled retro barn |
| Nothing else: no prompt, no reference video, no editing | Audio already mixed into the file, no watermark |
What happens in the video
- The shush: in a dim wooden barn with golden straw, you raise a finger to your lips with a knowing grin.
- The wide reveal: you wear a mustard velvet tailcoat, brass buttons and brown curled pointed shoes.
- The tiptoe dance: you fling your arms wide and bounce-tiptoe across the hay bales on the beat.
- The foot close-up: a low camera angle focuses on the curled shoes tiptoeing through the straw.
Choosing the right photo
- One person: front-facing portrait with clear eyes and mouth for the shush gesture.
- Lighting: warm, even lighting matches the retro wooden barn interior best.
- Framing: waist-up or full-body gives the natural posture for the exaggerated sneak.
How to make it in 3 steps
- Upload your photo. Use a clear portrait. The studio displays a framing preview before generation.
- Pick a resolution and generate. The default is 16:9 widescreen for the authentic retro movie look; credit tiers are below. Rendering takes about 5–15 minutes.
- Download and post. Open My videos to download the clean, watermark-free MP4 with the tiptoe beat synced.

FAQ
Was this clip really in the 1987 film?
No. The scene is an AI concept short from August 2026 created to look like an eighties fantasy movie.
Does the export have sound?
Yes. The tiptoe rhythm is baked in and matched to the character steps.
Is 1987 Rumpelstiltskin for one person or two?
One. Upload 1 clear, front-facing photo with a single person in frame. Group photos are not supported.
Can I use a photo of my pet?
This template is built around a human performer, so we recommend a photo of a person. Pet photos are not supported for this scene; templates such as Flying Tesla Roadster, Baby Knight and Spooky Scary Skeletons are made for pets.
Does the exported video include the original sound?
Yes. The original scene audio is precisely synchronized in every downloaded MP4, so you do not need to add or align the soundtrack in an editor.
How long is the video and what resolution do I get?
Every video from this template is 12 seconds, 16:9 landscape, as a watermark-free MP4. Choose 480p (25 credits), 720p (50 credits) or 1080p (100 credits). The Single covers up to 720p; the Creator or Studio unlocks 1080p.
What happens to my credits if the video fails?
If a generation fails, times out or is blocked by a safety check, the credits for that job return to your balance automatically (25, 50 or 100 by resolution). The video page shows the job status and whether the credits were returned.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
Credits come back automatically only when a generation fails; a completed video uses its credits. Results depend on photo clarity and lighting, so a sharp, front-facing, well-lit photo works best, and the studio shows a free framing preview before you spend credits. If a finished video has a serious technical problem, such as a broken file or missing audio, email support@trendswap.app with the video reference. Duplicate charges and purchases that never reached your account are handled under our refund policy.
How long are my photos and videos kept, and how do I delete them?
Your uploaded photo and finished videos stay in your account until you delete them; nothing expires automatically. Delete a video in My videos (/videos): this permanently removes the video file and the photo it was made from. You can remove an unused photo in the studio. To erase your whole account, email support@trendswap.app with the subject "Privacy Request". We do not use your photos or videos to train public AI models.
